HR Doesn’t have to be complicated or fluffy!
As an independent Human Resource expert, I have made it my mission to provide no-nonsense, cost effective HR support and consulting solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. I don’t believe in over engineering HR processes - we’ve all seen those five page job descriptions, three page HR policies or interminable performance review forms that no one likes or reads. It’s all unnecessary chintz! If you want simple, effective and affordable HR support services - look no further and read on.
outsourced HR Services
Covering the lower North Island from my Kapiti Coast base, I am available on a contract or consulting basis and can manage all of your HR needs or HR project requirements in a no nonsense and cost effective way. There are no hidden costs or charges. I work flexibly so there is no expensive office to pay for, and I won’t be trying to “up-sell” every time we have a conversation.
Think you can’t afford it?
My clients value the fact they can call me at any time for advice and support and are not charged like a wounded bull. I am happy to discuss fixed-cost project work, working on a retainer or just the good old fashioned hourly rate so you only pay for the hours I actually do.
Got a bigger project you need help with?
I have an excellent network of experienced HR practitioners I collaborate with so can put together whatever resources your project or budget requires.
Think you need HR support but don’t know where to start?
I can conduct a simple audit of your HR current state to get you started and clearly identify your needs.
So what else can I do for you?
I also offer broad experience and expertise in the areas of:
Restructuring and Change management
Recruitment and selection/Applicant tracking systems
Employment agreements and legislative compliance
HR policies and processes (exits, inductions, performance improvement, disciplinary etc)
HR information systems and other HR technology
why outsource your HR?
Why not? Human Resources is one of those constantly changing and evolving functions where you need up to the minute expertise and knowledge. Some internal HR teams get bogged down with processes that slow things down rather than make the boat go faster. So sometimes it’s good to get fresh insights and outside help with projects. For smaller and medium sized business, it doesn’t make sense to have an internal HR resource but it’s an area you can’t neglect or just leave to chance by having the office administrator pick it up.
So why not have an experienced HR expert on tap, to use for support as and when you need it? Your people are more than just a name and number so it makes good business sense. Don’t leave the happiness of your biggest assets and overheads to chance.
